Two Little Monkeys…

“Two little monkeys jumping on the bed…” so the nursery rhyme goes.

No bed jumping this night, but a couple of candid shots of our little monkeys on Christmas Eve.  (We have a family tradition of opening new jammies for kids on Christmas Eve.)

This year, Mama waited too long to get cute “Christmas” themed jammies, but the monkeys caught my eye and are just as appropriate!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a good shot of Ben’s jammies…there’s a large monkey on the left side, grinning wildly and holding a banana!

The caption should read…”Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night…in monkey jammies!”  Here’s to wishing all of you a good night tonight!  Sleep tight and as they say, “don’t let the bed bugs bite!”

  4. Love the jammies! Both are so cute!!! The girls get Jammies then too! This year they had matching Christmas Dora jammies. (I wanted something cutier, but they both love dora, so we did that). Great pic of your precious little monkeys in their monkey pj's! love it! So glad you are back to blogging! You were greatly missed! (even if we had other ways to keep in touch, blog land needed you!)

  5. They look so cute. I used to love getting pajamas for Christmas as a child. My cousins, sister and I always got matching ones usually made by my Nana. I like the monkey theme too, my nephew wears lots of monkey stuff!

  8. Awwww, they looked adorable in their jammies! What a great tradition to do every Christmas eve!!

Last time I said "sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite" to the kids, they freaked out..."what bugs??" I forget that little ones are so literal!
