Honoring the Men in our Lives

"If a June night could talk, it would probably boast that it invented romance."
~Bern Williams~

The lovely month of June is upon us.

A month most notable for celebrating graduations, Father's Day, and weddings...
...and catching fireflies, too!

Over the next few weeks, I plan to do a series of posts to honor those men that are so important in our lives...

God...fathers/grandfathers...husbands...uncles/brothers...

I invite you to join me as we celebrate all that is good and noble about the men who matter most to us.

"A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society."
~Billy Graham~

  1. My husband continues to win my heart. He has once again been the rock that holds are crazy family together. While my hormones go nuts he drives me to and from the hospital to love on the twins. I am so blessed.

So glad you checked out my blog. And I'm thrilled to check out yours, too. Gilbert, IA is just 4 miles north of Ames and my dad grew up in the SW part of IA (little town called Exira. You mom-in-love should know where that is). My family and I are practicing Catholics, and are only son is named Luke (we have 5 daughters, as well). We have a few things in common...and I, too love Anne Marie's blog. Thanks again for your nice comment!

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. Your kind words are appreciated! As Mother Teresa said, "Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love."
