I've lost nearly 40 pounds and feeling better than ever.
Just a little over halfway to my ultimate weight loss goal of 70 pounds.
Oh my goodness!!!! What a difference! You looked beautiful before and you look stunning now. Way to go!

ReplyDeleteI have been really feeling bad about my weight not to mention unhealthy. As I am reading of your success I am holding back tears. Tears probably coming from a feeling of hope, I think.
